This green chili achar tastes exactly like something made at home, not mass-produced or overly oily. It has the perfect balance of heat, tang, and crunch. The spice hits, but it doesn’t overpower the flavor, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully put together.

I’ve been adding a little to everything dal, curd rice, toast, even simple meals feel elevated with it. It’s one of those achars you keep reaching for without realizing how fast the jar is disappearing. Definitely feels like a pantry staple rather than a one-time try.
