We use a mix of sweet and spicy to make our lip-smacking khatti meethi aam chutney. It gets its tangy-ness from the unripe mangoes, and the sweetness is contributed by raisins and sugar. Other than these, we also use black salt, garam masala, chilli powder, cloves, cardamom, and raisins. Only non-GMO ingredients are used.
